Jon Orban, Founder & CEO
Jon began his career in the US Army. He went to Special Forces Assessment and Selection and then Special Operations Medical School. He performed his medical rotations at Reynold’s hospital and then did Special Duty at 7th Special Forces Group.
From there he went into investment banking and quickly became a Managing Director at West Park Capital after inventing a new way to finance mid-market companies.
He eventually decided to carve his own path by founding a commercial lending and leasing software firm called Third Pillar. Third Pillar quickly became the world's leading software platform within the industry.
He returned to his roots in medicine by founding and running a chain of wellness and health optimization clinics known as Gene Solve.
He went on to found and run Integrated Genetic Solutions, which develops software to optimize epigenetic health.
Jon also has successfully saved and taken several companies public such as Monster. He also serves as a member on several boards.
In his spare time Jon enjoys cycling, climbing, travel and spending time with his dog, Nikkita.
Brandenn Orban-Griggs, Chief Marketing Officer
Brandenn was born and raised in San Diego. From a young age he became interested in psychology and media.
After working in sales within the fitness and telecommunications industries he combined his love of social psychology and business and pursued a career in marketing. He eventually became Head of Paid Traffic at a boutique social media marketing agency known as Vulpine Interactive.
Brandenn has extensive experience in marketing strategy, social media and advertising across wide variety of different markets.
Brandenn holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing.
In his free time he enjoys video gaming, cooking and being an amateur film snob.
Oscar Ingallis, Chief Engineer & Process Officer
Oscar is a tactical and medical lab operations expert. He holds Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
He excelled in the corporate world as a program manager for world leading companies including Goldman Sachs, Nike and Alaska Airlines.
He also has extensive experience as an expert consultant in quality assurance, training, safety, hazmat and environmental management for Boeing.
Additionally, Oscar also served as an elite law enforcement officer as a Military SWAT Team Commander.
Oscar also enjoys outdoor adventures while hiking or riding his motorcycle.
Alex Tannen, Head Of Design
Alexander Tannen was born in Philadelphia PA. His artistic path has been deeply intertwined in his life from a young age. Attending C.A.P.A for high school and majoring in Visual Arts was a fundamental decision towards dedicating his approach to life with art at it’s core.
Alex was accepted to the Pennsylvania Governor’s Schools for the Arts during high school where he majored in Architecture, his first major exposure to the world of design.
College for Creative Studies awarded him a scholarship to attend the school in 2008. He received a BFA in Automotive Design in 2012 and was hired at FCA where he worked for 6 years.
While working in the Jeep Brand, Alex lead the design execution for the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Grand Cherokee L, and contributed to a number of others.
In 2019, Alex received an offer from Mazda in Irvine, CA where worked as Exterior Designer.
Alex is currently lead exterior designer at a Stealth Start up, focusing on premium offroad adventure vehicles.
Jane Doe, Vice President of Sales and Licensing
Jane Doe began her career in marketing and successfully transitioned into medical device sales at a European startup focused on healthcare technology, where she developed expertise in medical device licensing.
She later assumed a management role at a major international medical device corporation, overseeing their surgical product portfolio.
Janes's expertise in sales and medical device licensing culminated in her current passion for product development. In her previous role, she managed the entire lifecycle of new products, from initial concept to market launch.
